We love home buyers so much that we pay a rebate.
In Metro Atlanta, when a property is listed for sale with a real estate agent, the seller typically offers a 3% commission to the buyer's agent. When you sign up with one of our buyer agents, they will assist you in purchasing a home and will pay you a rebate of up to 1% of the sales price of the property at closing*. They will represent you in the purchase transaction and will work hard to get you the home you want at the best price and terms possible. All new construction and resale homes listed by any agent on any of the Atlanta MLS's are eligible for the rebate. this service is legal and free to our clients.
